Feedback & complaints

Tell us how we're going

Compliments, suggestions and complaints all help us improve. You can give feedback anonymously, and making a complaint will not affect the services you receive from us.

How to give feedback

You can ask a family member, friend, advocate or anyone you trust to help you, or to give feedback on your behalf.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge it. We'll let you know we've received your feedback.
  2. We look into it. We'll listen, work through it fairly and keep you informed.
  3. We respond. We'll tell you the outcome and any action we're taking.
Placeholder – to confirm: acknowledgement and resolution timeframes, in line with LeadWise's complaints management policy.
