Feedback & complaints

Tell us how we're going

Compliments, suggestions and complaints all help us improve. You can give feedback anonymously, and making a complaint will not affect the services you receive from us.

How to give feedback

You can ask a family member, friend, advocate or anyone you trust to help you, or to give feedback on your behalf.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge it. We'll respond within 2 business days.
  2. We look into it. We'll listen, work through it fairly and keep you informed.
  3. We resolve it. We aim to resolve issues within 14 days, and we'll tell you the outcome and any action we're taking.

We'll respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve issues within 14 days, in line with LeadWise Connect's complaints management policy. If a matter is complex and needs more time, we'll keep you updated.
